  We pick you up at your address and drop you at the terminal — no parking to pay for and no transfer to catch.

Common questions

• How do I book a ride?

  Online. You pick your route, then the date and time, then your pickup and dropoff addresses and how many people are travelling. The last step shows your total before you send anything.

• Is my ride booked as soon as I send the form?

  Not quite. What you send is a request: we email you that we have it, a person checks it, and a second email confirms your ride with all the details.

• How is the price worked out?

  Per seat. Every adult pays the route's adult fare and every child its child fare, added up for each leg of the trip. You see the total before you confirm.

• Why is my price higher than the “from” price on this page?

  The “from” price is one adult picked up inside the town. Every route also has a fare for pickups outside it, and the form uses whichever one your pickup address falls in.

• Where do you pick me up?

  At the address you give us, and we drop you at the terminal. There is no stop to reach and no timetable to catch — you choose the time.

• Do you come to my town?

  We drive the routes listed above, and the towns are named in the footer. When you type your address the form checks it and tells you straight away if it is outside the area we cover.

• How do I pay?

  On board, to your driver. Online payment is not available yet, so nothing is charged when you book.

• Can I cancel?

  Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Your booking email carries a link that cancels it — you do not need to call.

• How far ahead should I book?

  Up to 90 days ahead, and there is a short minimum notice before departure. If the time you pick is too soon, the form says so before you finish.

• Can I book the trip back as well?

  Yes. Choose round trip and give the date and time for each direction — both rides travel on one booking, under one code.

• Do you need my flight number?

  It is optional. If you give it, we pass it to your driver — it is on the trip sheet next to your address — and it shows on your booking page. We do not track the flight itself, so if your plans change, tell us.

• What about luggage or a child seat?

  The last step of the form has a notes box for exactly that. Write what you are bringing or what you need, and we will answer when we confirm your ride.
